Montague Launches New Folding Mountain Bike Ideal for Truckers<\/h2>\n

CAMBRIDGE, MA \u2013 May 18, 2016 \u2013 Montague Bikes, the leader in full-size folding bikes, has launched the all-new Paratrooper Pro<\/a>, a well-equipped mountain bike designed to deliver a rugged all-purpose riding experience for truckers leading active lifestyles. Its full-size wheels and folding design offer the perfect solution to truckers looking to take a versatile bike on the road that can store easily in the truck\u2019s cab.<\/p>\n

The Paratrooper Pro comes with a 27-speed Shimano Deore drivetrain that offers plenty of gears for hills and a Suntour front suspension that delivers 100mm of travel to absorb the bumps of rough roads and trails. The fork can also lock to be rigid, and combined with multi-purpose tires the setup is great both on pavement and off-road. The standard 26-inch wheels make it capable of rolling over almost any obstacle.<\/p>\n

When folded, the bike compacts to just 36 inches wide, 28 inches high and 12 inches deep, ideal for tight spaces, where storage is at as premium. It also weighs only 31 lbs, making it light and portable. Its industry standard components make repairs possible anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n

Like all Montague bikes, the Paratrooper Pro includes the patented DirectConnect\u2122 folding system that provides increased frame stiffness for superior ride quality, and can be folded and unfolded in less than 20 seconds. It also comes equipped with Montague\u2019s patented Eurobike award winning RackStand which serves as a standard cargo rack and mud guard when the bike is in use, converts into a kickstand when parked, and allows the bike to stand upright when folded.\u00a0 The Paratrooper Pro retails for $995.00.<\/p>\n
